About Us what we believe in

Here at Blue Sky we have a strong ethos for locally sourced, high quality foods, fair trade teas and coffees, and organic ingredients where possible. Inside you will find a cosy, amicable atmosphere whatever the weather, with a woodburning stove, a sofa and wicker chairs. We hope to see you here soon!

How To Find Us

Blue Sky is tucked away up an alleyway by the side of Williams, the butchers, on the south side of the High Street.   The nearest parking is in the Deiniol Centre underground car park just a couple of minutes walk away.

Nice things to buy....

We have a few very nice things that you can buy in our retail corner. Wendys’ homemade tea cosies are unique and very cute, ideal as a gift for yourself or someone special.  We have fresh eggs from our supplier, stump tea pots which we use ourselves, a selection of teas and coffees and locally made Jams and Pickles. We’ve also discovered the very best salt and pepper mills that money can buy and these are also on sale.  We don’t do internet orders!

History Of Ambassador Hall

Ambassador Hall is an old building dating from the mid 19th century. It was once Ebenezer Chapel but for how long we’re not sure. Around the late 1930’s early 40’s it was a dance hall and over the years has variously been a builders merchants, a gym, and a popular café called Java before becoming Blue Sky.

We’re always on the look out for snippets of history and old photos so if you’ve something interesting please come and see us!
