Blue Sky is a beautiful café situated just off the bustling High Street of Bangor, North Wales. Stunning interior architecture and a colourful menu combine to create the ideal setting for enjoying food and drink.
Here at Blue Sky we have a strong ethos for locally sourced, high quality foods, fair trade teas and coffees, and organic ingredients where possible. Inside you will find a cosy, amicable atmosphere whatever the weather, with a real woodburning stove and comfortable seating. We hope to see you here soon!
We are open Monday to Saturday 9.30 to 5.30. The kitchen closes at 4:00pm, but we are open for drinks and cakes until 5:30pm.
We are CLOSED all bank holiday Mondays and New Years Day
We are CLOSED 23rd to 26th December 2013
Blue Sky is tucked away up an alleyway by the side of Williams, the butchers, on the south side of the High Street. It shares the same building with Gecko, a clothes shop.

We are very pleased to be in the Good Food Guide for the 4th year running. Thanks to all the staff who make this happen, especially Matt the chef for his continued inspiration in the kitchen!

We have a seasonal and varied menu, with plenty of interesting vegetarian options. We are also fully licensed so we have a good selection of wines, local ales and continental lager. We realise the importance of quality meat, eggs and dairy products, the majority of which are sourced locally.
As well as excellent fair trade coffee, we stock a range of speciality loose leaf teas supplied by Café Cristobal, based in the Conwy Valley.

Our burgers are made from Welsh beef, minced 4 times to achieve the right texture. We add salt, ground pepper and breadcumbs (just to help retain the juices). That’s all!

We buy our Feta from Cwt Caws. It’s the tastiest and cutest Feta you’ll ever eat! Nigel Jeffries and his wife Rhian established their business in 2005, keeping and milking over fifty goats on their farm in Dulas on Anglesey.
We use organic flour, Anglesey Free Range eggs and Welsh butter in all our cakes and biscuits. They are all made with love…. and that’s the essential ingredient!
